"I opened 2 policies with them in May of 2023. Clearly communicated the number of cars and drivers. Received confirmation from their employee that they understood. I recently uncovered that instead of insuring 1 car and 1 driver, I have been insuring 5 cars and 5 drivers. I reached out to them on May 16, 2025 alerting them to this issue. On May 20th I sent them email copies from May of 2023 where I stipulated 1 car, 1 driver. I will own that I should've picked up on this mistake sooner than 2 years, but I trusted them - I mean I am trusting them with my homeowner and auto policies. It has been over 5 weeks and I still don't have any compensation for the overpayment, communication from them has been absolutely horrible and this situation is beyond frustrating. Sharing because if I had a real need for the insurance benefits, I am not confident in their handling based on this interaction. Take what you want from this."
