We were in need of documents that should have been available through the mobile app. We had very short turnaround time and I was dreading calling the office and receiving a "splain" of how the app worked and I should use it first (previous experience with OTHER services).

The interaction with Roberta couldn't have been further from that scenario. I was cranky; she was not. I was impatient; she was not.
