"I have been a State Farm customer since 1996. In 1999 I was relocated to the SW Burbs for work, and my Minnesota State Farm agent connected me live via the phone to introduce me to Rick Hakey in Plainfield. Right off the bat I knew I could tell I was placed in good hands. No matter if it was a simple question or a complex decision process, with Rick and his team of professionals I've been getting prompt service and responses for topics for just over 25 years. The most recent went like this; "What would be the rate to insure this motorcycle?" (When the bike isn't even in production....... yet I got the first 2026 model parked outside the downtown Plainfield office)! A few phone calls, and email or two and within 30 minutes the bike had an insurance card for it! Don't waste your time looking for an insurance agent when we have Rick Hakey's State Farm in our backyard. The best agent around & offering a premium insurance brand such as State Farm - a 1st class insurance brand and a top-notch agent!!!!!!!!"
